Email support@selencoaching.com. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• A short description of the problem and what you were doing when it happened.
• Whether you were using the web app or the iOS app, and your app version.
• Your device and operating system (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18).

We aim to respond within 48 business hours.

• Logging meals: log meals by typing or talking to your coach in chat, or by adding them in your diary. The coach asks you to confirm before saving anything.
• Photo and label analysis: for the best results, use good lighting, hold your device steady, and make sure the full plate or label is visible. Mixed dishes and low-quality photos are harder to analyze.
• Editing entries: AI nutrition estimates are approximate. You can review, edit, or delete any diary entry, so please correct anything that looks off before relying on it.
• Connecting Apple Health or wearables (iOS): connecting is optional and you control which categories you share. You can disconnect at any time in Settings and revoke the permission in your device settings.
• Coaching emails: turn daily coaching emails and weekly summaries on or off individually in Settings.

• Free trial: Alkaterranean offers a free trial. After it ends, a paid subscription is required to keep using the Services.
• Web purchases: web subscriptions are handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• iOS purchases: in-app subscriptions are handled by Apple. Use Restore Purchasesin the app if Premium isn't unlocked after buying, and manage or cancel your subscription, including turning off auto-renew, in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds: App Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple account. For web purchases, contact support@selencoaching.com and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. You can also email privacy@selencoaching.com for help with data export, deletion, or any privacy question.
